How to cook
Fry the chopped leeks with the chopped dried peppers. Mix feta cheese, eggs and milk. Take 2 phyllo pastry sheets at time, brush them with melted butter and distribute the filling of eggs and milk and roll it up.
Arrange the rolls starting from the outside in. In the middle, put the braised leeks in the empty spaces, then cover thoroughly with 1 phyllo pastry sheet, folded in 3 or 4.
Pour butter on the top. Put it to bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven.
