Peel the potatoes, wash and cut them into circles. Arrange in a baking dish in advance and add water and oil or olive oil. The chicken is divided into parts that are distributed over the potatoes.
The tray is covered with baking foil and baked at 482°F (250 °C). After about 40-50 minutes, once the water evaporates, remove the foil. Add some more water and leave it until the chicken and potatoes gain a golden crust.
