How to cook
For the base of the pie, melt 2/5 cup (100 g) butter, mix it with the coarsely crumbled biscuits. Spread an even layer. Prepare the cleaned from pits cherries. You can sprinkle some nuts on the biscuits as well.
Blend the cottage cheese with the softened butter and milk. Gradually add the eggs beaten with the sugar to the cottage cheese. Flavor with vanilla, knead with the cherries and pour them over the biscuit layer.
Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes at 347°F (175 ºC) and then 15 minutes at 302°F (150 °C).
