Ingredients

  • bonito - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • flour - for rolling
  • eggs - 3, beaten well
  • oil - for frying
  • lemons - 1
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Clean the bonito, cut it into fillets and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan.

Roll each bonito piece in flour and eggs and let it fry until it gets a deep brown color.

Serve the fried bonito warm and soaked with some lemon juice.
