How to cook
Cut the feta cheese into 4 equal slices (3.5 oz (100 g)) and put them at the bottom of the clay pots. Cut the sausages into round slices and divide them into 4 equal portions (for each pot) on top of the cheese. Cut the tomatoes into medium-thick slices and place them on the sausages.
Season with a pinch of savory, black pepper and paprika. Close the pots and put them in an pre-heated 392°F (200 °C) oven (with the fan on) or 428°F (220 °C) (no fan). Bake the cheese for 15 minutes. Take out the pots and take their lids off, break 1 (or more if desired) eggs per pot and return to the oven until the egg bakes (can be either hard or soft).
