"I always have a cup of yoghurt in the fridge but never thought of making chicken exactly like this."

Ingredients

  • chicken - 1 whole or 3.5 lb (1.5 kilograms) of legs, wings
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • yoghurt - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • onions - 4.5 oz (120 g)
  • parsley - 2 tablespoons
  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • oil - 1 - 2 tablespoons

How to cook

Remove the skin of the chicken and cut it into portioned pieces. Rub each piece of chicken with salt, garlic and butter. Arrange the chicken meat in a suitable greased oven dish and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.

Chop the onion very finely and gently mash it with salt. Add it to the yoghurt along with the parsley and mix. Once the chicken is baked, remove it from the oven and pour the prepared mixture with yoghurt over it and serve.
