How to cook
Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar. Separately beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar. Combine the two mixtures, while stirring gently to keep the cream fluffy.
In a bender, blend the bananas with the lemon juice, but set aside some pieces to decorate the creams.
Pour the banana puree over the white cream and if desired, add yellow confectionery paint to enhance the color.
Pour the cream into cups and arrange the banana slices on top. Grate the chocolate with nuts and serve.
