How to cook
In a pot, mix the milk and cream.
Add sugar, cardamom and cinnamon. Bring the mixture to a boiling point and remove it from the heat.
Leave it for 30 minutes, then add the starch, coffee and vanilla sugar.
Put the dish on the stove and stir until the mocha cream thickens.
Remove it from the heat and add the broken chocolate and butter.
Stir until the chocolate has melted. Pour the delicious chocolate cream into suitable cups.
Allow it to cool. Garnish it the chilled light chocolate mocha cream with whipped cream roses.
Sprinkle them with cocoa and serve them.
