"If you dont eat apples too often, but still want to obtain the vitamins they have, bake a batch of these delicious Apple and Cinnamon Muffins"

Ingredients

  • apples - 2 pcs.
  • wholegrain flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp.
  • coconut sugar - 1/2 cup
  • baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • coconut butter - 2 tbsp.

How to cook

Peel and shred the apples. Add the cinnamon and eggs, and stir.

Add the flour, coconut sugar, baking powder and coconut butter. Mix all the ingredients together to achieve a thick batter.

Grease the tins, to be able to extract the baked muffins easily. Fill your muffin tins with the batter, half way.

Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and bake your muffins for about 30 minutes.

Your Apple and Cinnamon Muffins are ready!
