Ingredients

  • cabbage - 1/2 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • celery - just the leaves
  • corn - 3 tbsp.
  • sunflower seeds - 1 tbsp, raw
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • coarse salt - to taste
  • apple vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • olives - for decoration

How to cook

Clean, core and slice the cabbage finely. Peel and grate the carrot. Mix the vegetables in a bowl.

Add the strained corn and chopped celery leaves.

Season with coarse salt, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Mix all the ingredients together and transfer into a salad bowl.

Garnish with olives and celery leaves, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds before serving.
