  • olive oil - 6 tbsp.
  • sugar - 4 pinches
  • salt - 4 pinches (coarse, flakey)
  • fresh rosemary - 2 sprigs

How to cook

In order for the beef steaks to turn out really juicy in the oven, we have to marinate them and then process them.

When I prepare beef in a pan or on a grill, I almost never season or marinate it - this is how its true taste is tasted and with proper processing and quality meat, it always becomes tender.

In this case, when baking beef steaks in the oven, however, we can resort to marinating, as there is a danger that the oven will dry out the meat.

To do this, rub the steaks with sugar, which softens, nice aromatic rum, black pepper, olive oil, rosemary and thyme. Leave the to marinate for 4 hours or 1 night in the refrigerator.

The other trick to preserve the juices of the meat is to cook them slightly in a preheated pan on both sides before putting them in the preheated oven at 392°F (200 degrees).

Immediately transfer them into a baking pan and put them in the preheated oven.

Bake the juicy beef steaks depending on the degree of readiness we want - 10-12 minutes. If they are thicker than a centimeter, maybe a little longer.

You should not overcook the meat so that it does not dry out.

Serve them warm, with your favorite garnish or sauce and sprinkle them the salt the very end.

Be sure to wait 2-3 minutes for the juices to set before cutting the steaks.
