How to cook
Arrange the chops in a greased glass cooking pot and pour the fragrant paste over them. Roll them on all sides and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then add the chopped onion crescents and bay leaf to the pot.
Top with the wine and put the lid on the glass cooking pot or use aluminum foil. Bake the steaks for an extended period at 356°F (180 °C). I usually leave them at the lowest oven temperature overnight.
