"Chops in a Glass Cook Pot - both tasty and very easy to make!"

Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 4 - 6
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • soya sauce - 4 - 5 tablespoons
  • ketchup - 1 tablespoon
  • mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • onions - 2 heads
  • bay leaf - 1 - 2
  • wine - 1 cup

How to cook

Tenderize the pork chops lightly and sprinkle them with a little salt and ground black pepper. All the other ingredients excluding the bay leaf and wine are mixed together.

Arrange the chops in a greased glass cooking pot and pour the fragrant paste over them. Roll them on all sides and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then add the chopped onion crescents and bay leaf to the pot.

Top with the wine and put the lid on the glass cooking pot or use aluminum foil. Bake the steaks for an extended period at 356°F (180 °C). I usually leave them at the lowest oven temperature overnight.
