Beat the butter with the sugar and add cocoa, sifted flour, salt and spices. Knead the dough well and shape it into a ball. Cover it and put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Tear small pieces from the cocoa dough and shape them with your palms into slightly flattened balls. Arrange them on a tray with baking paper and put it to bake for about 20-25 minutes in a pre-heated 374°F (190 °C) oven.
