Ingredients

  • beef tripe - 17.5 oz (500 g) cleaned and boiled
  • garlic - 3
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) grated
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • paprika - sweet, and cayenne pepper if desired
  • white pepper

Preparation

Cut the well-boiled tripe into thin strips. Heat half the butter in a pan, fry the chopped garlic for 20 seconds and put the tripe in to fry for 1 minute.

Then transfer it into an oven dish along with the grease and season it with all the spices, to your taste. Sprinkle plenty of cheese on and put to bake in a strongly heated oven.find similar recipes here
