How to cook

Boil the pheasant for 20 minutes. Cut it into pieces and arrange it in a baking dish. Add onions, chopped carrots, chopped mushrooms, whole garlic cloves, the spices and white wine.

Wrap in foil and leave in the oven at 356°F (180 °C) for about 1 hour. Shortly before it is ready, add in the olives and bake without the foil.
