Clean, wash and dry the chicken. Add salt and sprinkle it with curry on the inside. Prepare a strong broth of the carrots, onions and peppers. Boil the rice in this vegetable broth.
Fill the chicken with the thus made stuffing and sew it closed. Melt the butter, add curry and salt. Smear the chicken on the outside with it, wrap it in foil and bake in a preheated 482°F (250 °C) oven for 60 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake the chicken for 10-12 minutes until browned.
