Ingredients

  • crab rolls - 1 package
  • eggs - 4 - 5, boiled
  • peas - 1 cup (250 g), canned
  • mayonnaise - 1 pack
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons, freshly squeezed
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley - 2 tablespoons fresh, chopped
  • soya sauce

Preparation

Soak the crab rolls in soya sauce for 30 minutes, then cut them into pieces.

In a bowl, mix the peas, crab rolls and crushed boiled eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste, 1 tablespoon parsley and mix.

Add the mayonnaise, previously mixed with lemon juice and toss the salad again. Serve on a plate decorated with parsley.
