Knead a soft dough, beat the wine and lard and add the spices and flour. Roll the dough out into a thin sheet, which you then cut into squares.
Place a Turkish delight or nut in and roll the cookies up. Arrange them on a tray with baking paper and put to bake in a moderately heated oven until pinking.
While the cookies with lard and wine are still warm, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
