Clean the shrimp and put them to stew in a little olive oil and water. Separately, heat olive oil in another pot and fry the chopped onion and garlic. Add the canned and fresh, finely chopped tomatoes.
When this comes to a boil, put in the shrimp along with their fat, and then some wine. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Add salt, all the other spices, feta cheese and boil for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve with chopped parsley.
