How to cook
It is good for the products to be at room temperature, without the cream - it should be cold.
Beat it with a mixer until a fluffy mixture is obtained. In a separate bowl, mix the milk and cream cheese. Stir until a creamy mixture is obtained.
Add the Dulce de Leche to the cream and mix on low speed, so that they mix well.
Finally, add the biscuits and mix with a spatula. You can add 210°F (100 g) of dark chocolate, cut into pieces. Or you can skip this step.
Pour the dairy ice cream in a container and put it in the freezer for 5-6 hours.
When serving, leave the homemade ice cream out of the fridge for a while.
The ice cream with dulce de leche and biscuits is very light and delicious!
