How to cook
The calamari are cleaned and washed. They are cut into about 0.2″ (0.5 cm) thick slices (optional).
They are placed in the beer and are left for about 30 minutes to marinate. During this time, prepare a mixture of flour, breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, salt and a little black pepper. In a deep bowl, pour the oil and heat it for frying.
Once the calamari are marinated, dip them in the mixture and fry them.
The shrimp are not peeled, they're baked with their skin and then they are peeled for consumption. Season them with olive oil, oregano, thyme and Himalayan salt.
Arrange them on skewers (about 4/5 of them, depending on how big the shrimp are). They are baked on a barbecue, which gives them a pleasant smoky taste.
Serve the seafood on a large platter.
Put salt and the sliced lime or lemon on it. The rest of the decoration for the calamari and shrimp platter is according to your taste.
