How to cook
The cabbage is finely chopped or grated.
Transfer it into a deep pot with olive oil and a pinch of salt and leave it to simmer, but make sure to stir occasionally, until it's volume drops by half.
The peeled and grated carrots are added to it and after a few minutes the peeled and grated beets. Add a pinch of salt to each vegetable.
Finally add the peeled and finely chopped green apples and peeled and finely chopped or grated tomatoes, 2-3 whole marinated hot peppers, 1 cup of vinegar (or the juice from the hot peppers) and water to the desired density.
Once the cabbage soup boils, reduce the heat, add the fresh thyme and let it simmer on the stove for another ten minutes.
Season it with salt, black pepper and as much coarsely ground chili as you like.
The dietary soup is very tasty when served chilled, but it can also be eaten hot.
If you're having this delicious and dietary soup for dinner without bread for a few weeks, you will inevitably get rid of some extra pounds!
The amount of dietary cold cabbage soup does not matter, it is important not to eat anything but the soup and you should have dinner no later than 7 pm.
