How to cook
Cut the calamari into slices, add lemon juice and salt. Marinate them for 1 minute.
Mix all of the ingredients for the breading together. Put the calamari in the mixture and mix everything well until they're covered on all sides.
Beat an egg and dip the calamari in it and then roll them in bread crumbs.
Fry them in a deep pan with heated oil over high heat until they're golden and crispy. Remove the breaded calamari and place them onto kitchen paper.
Serve the crispy breaded calamari with your favorite sauce (recommendation: Mediterranean tomato sauce).
