How to cook
Cut the liver into 1/2″ (1.5 cm) thick cubes and string them on a skewer. Put the pieces of bacon or smoked brisket of the same shape between them, but twice as thin.
Roast the skewers on a grill and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve with a side of steamed rice, fried onion slices, fresh green onions, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers.
You can serve with an appropriate sauce as well. These products are for 1 serving.
