How to cook
Peel and finely chop the garlic cloves. Fry them briefly in olive oil for about 5-6 minutes. Add the paprika and stir.
Add salt, bay leaf, black pepper and the broth. Leave the garlic soup to boil for 25 minutes with a closed lid.
Add the eggs one after the other to lump up. This will make an even tastier and healthier soup.
Serve the Healthy Spanish Garlic Soup warm with homemade bread.
