How to cook
Clean, wash and chop all of the vegetables for the bread soup broth. Add the chicken and pour water. Add olive oil, salt and boil for about half an hour.
Before the broth is ready, prepare 4 deep soup bowls.
Melt butter in a large pan, put whole garlic cloves and lightly fry the slices of bread. Turn them on the other side, sprinkle them with yellow cheese and close them briefly with a lid until it has melted.
Beat one egg in the prepared bowls for the delicious soup. Add salt and beat. Put slices of bread soaked in butter on the egg. Pour the hot broth over the products. This will cook the egg.
Serve the Italian warming bread soup with black pepper and chopped fresh garlic.
