Ingredients

  • flour - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 5
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • sugar - 1 2/5 cups (350 g)
  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • yeast - 1 cube
  • marmalade - 2 cups (500 g), rosehip
  • breadcrumbs

How to cook

Beat the eggs. In cool milk, put the sugar to melt and add the warmed oil. Add eggs and mix well.

Make a well in the flour and put in some of the mixture. Knead the dough and beat it. Put thus prepared dough in a warm place to rise (about 1 1/2 hours).

Then twist it into plaits and leave it to rise for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Spread and sprinkle one half with breadcrumbs and smear marmalade on top. Roll up.

Repeat the process with the other half. Bake in a moderate oven for 35-40 minutes.
