How to cook
Remove the skin of the duck breasts, tenderize them lightly but without damaging the meat. If you are using smoked meat, cut it into thick slices. Sprinkle both sides with salt and white pepper, place it in the pre-made marinade for about 6 hours.
Grill the marinated breasts on a grill or in a Teflon pan for 5 minutes on each side. Put the honey in a pot, heat it a bit and add the cream, blueberries, soya sauce. Boil everything for 5 minutes. Before serving, pour on the sauce and crumb with the almonds.
