How to cook
Boil the potatoes and eggs and leave them to cool. Peel them and cut them into pieces.
Slice the pickles and sausages and set their edges aside.
Put the edges in a blender and turn it on at high speed for a few seconds to blend.
Add the mayonnaise, mustard, cream cheese, diced gouda, lemon juice, salt and beer and blend for another 2-3 seconds to homogenize the mixture and for a smooth sauce to be obtained.
Put the potatoes, eggs, cucumbers and sausages in a bowl, sprinkle them with chopped chives and parsley and mix them well with the mayonnaise sauce.
Serve the potato salad slightly chilled and sprinkled with more fresh spices.

*To be suitable for consumption by children, in this salad you can replace the beer with sparkling water. I tried making it that way and it also turns out great, but lacks the specific taste that is given by the beer.
