  • cake layers - 3.5 oz (100 g), ready - made
  • biscuits - 5.5 oz (150 g), plain
  • walnuts - 4/5 cup (180 g)
  • dark chocolate - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • cognac - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • honey - 4 tablespoons
  • powdered sugar - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (70 g)

How to cook

In a food blender, make crumbs from the ready-made cake layer, biscuits, and after them, the ground walnuts. Mix them with the powdered sugar. Heat the milk in a container on the stove and melt the crumbled chocolate in it.

Remove and mix it with the cognac. Add the chocolate mixture, soft butter and honey to the biscuit, cake layer and walnut crumbs. Mix the blend very well and put it in a form, laid out with aluminum foil, which has been lightly greased. Press down on the cake’s top, so the ingredients can settle in well.

Put the chocolate cake with cognac in a cool place for several hours. Then flip it over onto a tray and remove the foil. Make decorations as desired.
