Fried Potatoes with Eggs and Feta Cheese

  • potatoes - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 3
  • feta cheese - 1 cup, crumbled
  • oil - 1 cup
  • paprika - for sprinkling, if desired
  • black pepper
  • salt


Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces of shapes of your choice and fry them in a preheated oil 2 times, distribute feta cheese and eggs evenly for both portions.

Once they acquire a nice tan, add the beaten eggs, sprinkle with feta cheese and gently mix. Allow to fry until the eggs become firm.

Serve sprinkled with salt, black pepper and paprika.
