Boil the rice. Prepare a filling of the eggs, feta cheese, yoghurt, ayran and rice. Then sprinkle each phyllo pastry sheet with the filling and roll it up. Arrange them in an oiled tray in the shape of a snail shell.
Bake in the oven until ready. On top, you can brush with an egg and bake it to get a golden crust. Take it out, sprinkle it with water and cover with a towel so that the upper crust softens.
