Cut the chicken into portions, fry them in 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g) butter on all sides, sprinkle them with flour, add the wine, salt and black pepper.

Then add the peeled and fried in butter onions and stew until soft. During stewing, occasionally stir the mixture.
