- flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
- ammonium bicarbonate - 1 1/2 tsp
- coconut flakes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
- margarine - 1/2 cup (125 g)
- sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
- vanilla - 1 packet
- eggs - 2
Mix everything very well. Pour it out into cupcakes and bake for 25 minutes at 347°F (175 °C).
