Ingredients

  • flour - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • ammonium bicarbonate - 1 1/2 tsp
  • coconut flakes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • margarine - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • vanilla - 1 packet
  • eggs - 2

How to cook

Beat the eggs and sugar. Add the melted margarine, the flour mixed with the ammonium bicarbonate, coconut flakes and vanilla.

Mix everything very well. Pour it out into cupcakes and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (175 °C).
