How to cook
Melt the butter gently. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla until white in a bowl. Add the butter, honey and other dry ingredients, beating after each ingredient.
Separately, beat the egg whites into thick snow and carefully put them together with the other mixture. Leave the dough for the cookies to stand in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 374°F (190 °C) and grease special cookie forms.
Distribute the cookie mixture and put them in to bake for 10-odd minutes. The finished cookies are slightly cooled, removed, and stuck together in pairs with melted chocolate.
