- snails - boiled, amount as desired
- eggs - 2 - 3
- flour - 1 - 2 tablespoons
- corn flour - 1 tablespoon
- sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1 - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- black pepper
- oil - for frying
Dry the pre-boiled and cleaned snails well. Salt and sprinkle them with black pepper. Beat the eggs with the white flour, corn flour, chopped parsley, sesame seeds and roll the snails in the crumbing.
Preheat frying oil, remove the snails from the batter and drop them to fry until golden. Served the crumbed snails garnished with fresh salad.
