How to cook
Knead a medium soft, elastic dough from the dough ingredients, leave it to rise for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the filling, by sautéing the leeks, onion and dill in the oil. Once you remove it from the heat, add spices and put on the feta cheese, olives (roundly sliced) and coarsely chopped walnuts.
Divide the risen dough into 2 parts. Roll out each one into a crust, depending on the size of the tray. The bottom crust has to be larger. Put the larger crust in a well greased tray, so that its edges spill out of it. Put the filling on top.
On top, place the second crust. Fold the edges of the bottom crust to the top one. Leave it to rise again. Before putting in the oven, pierce it in several places with a fork.
Smear it with egg yolk and bake at 356°F (180 °C).
