Toast the chili peppers on a sheet iron or other convenient way for you. At the bottom of each jar, put 1 crushed aspirin. Pour in vinegar to the bottom edge of the jar and add a spoonful of sea salt and sugar.
Pack the peppers, and put cleaned garlic cloves between them. Pour in boiling water in the jars and close them. Turn them with their caps down.
For the duration of 1 week, flip over the chili peppers with aspirin every 24 hours.
