- pork lungs - 17.5 oz (500 g)
- oil - 1 cup
- vinegar - 3 tablespoons
- green garlic - 1 bunch
- onions - 1 head
Boil the lung and cut it into small cubes. Add a marinade made from the vinegar, oil, finely chopped garlic and salt.
Add chopped onion and parsley. The mixture is stirred and put into a salad bowl.
