How to cook
Chop the onions, carrots and peppers very finely and mix them with the minced meat. Add 3 eggs and knead again with your hands. Season the mixture with all the spices and spread it in a well-greased cake form.
Put the minced meat and vegetables loaf to bake in a heated 392°F (200 °C) oven for about 40 minutes or until ready. If necessary, adjust the oven temperature.
While it bakes, boil the potatoes and make a potato salad, also add in a head of grated red beets. Serve this meatloaf with the garnish, and put 3 pieces of meatloaf in each portion.
