How to cook
Beat the egg with the yoghurt and baking soda well. Add the bran and let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes. Preheat a Teflon pan with a few drops of olive oil, even though you can do without the oil.
Scoop ladles of the mixture, spread out into pancakes and then bake on both sides for about 1-2 minutes on each side. From these ingredients, you get 4 pancakes.
Serve the pancakes with bran wrapped with sliced fruits of your choice and a little honey.
