  • chicken - 1 whole
  • sauce - 4 tablespoons, Thai fish sauce (liquamen)
  • cumin - 1/4 tsp, ground
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp, ground
  • onions - 1, chopped
  • lovage - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • white wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml), dry
  • starch - to thicken the sauce

How to cook

Portion the chicken, salt and rub it lightly with black pepper. Prepare a sauce from all the other products. Put the chicken in a pot, pour in the sauce, cover it with the lid and put it to bake until ready.

During the last 10-15 minutes, bake it uncovered. Remove the chicken and thicken the sauce with the starch. Serve the chicken portions topped with sauce.
