How to cook
Heat the milk and dissolve the butter in it. Add all the spices to the milk - cumin, allspice, cloves and nutmeg. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2 minutes and remove it from the heat. Clean the potatoes and cut them.
Put them into a suitable greased tray and pour the fragrant milk mixture over them. Put to bake in the heated oven to 392°F (200 °C) for about 20-30 minutes.
Serve a portion of the potatoes with a little chopped parsley and grated cheese.
