"Steamed potatoes, just add a pinch of fresh thyme and ... enjoy!"

Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg), small fresh
  • olive oil - 3 tablespoons
  • vinegar - 3 tablespoons
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste
  • thyme - 1 tablespoon, fresh
  • curry - 1/2 tsp

How to cook

Wash the potatoes well and cut them into halves. Put them to steam under a lid for about 20 minutes. Transfer them into a bowl.

Chop the fresh thyme and make a dressing with the vinegar and olive oil. Mix the potatoes with the dressing, add salt, black pepper and curry to taste.
