"They say that the secret to longevity lies in a cup of ginger tea."

Ingredients

  • ginger - 5 - 6 thin slices
  • honey - 2 tablespoons, or to taste
  • lemons - juice of half a lemon
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)

How to make

Peel a small young ginger root and cut it into thin slices. Boil water and drop the pre-washed ginger in.

Take it away from the heat and immediately brew the tea for 15 minutes using a lid. Strain and flavor the ginger tea with honey and lemon juice / a lemon slice.

Optionally, you can add a leaf of mint.
