How to cook
Cut 1/3 of the cucumber into round slices and arrange them flat on a plate.
Cut the remaining cucumber along with the ham, cheese and pear into medium-thick and small strips. Combine the yoghurt, cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, a pinch of sugar and salt in order to make the sauce for the salad.
Put the ham, cheese and pears on the cucumber slices, top it with the sauce and serve.
