How to cook
Clean, wash and cut the fruit into cubes.
Put them in a bowl and pour the lemon juice.
Melt the butter for the stuffing in a pan and add the sugar and rum.
Cook until the sugar melts, add the fruit and cook for 7-8 minutes until they soften.
In a bowl, mix the products for the crumbly dough, the butter should be in cubes. Knead with your fingers to form crumbs.
Grease the bowls, distribute the fruit and distribute the crumbs on them.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C) and bake the dietary dessert for 25-30 minutes.
You can decorate the dietary dessert with apples and pears, covered with crumbly dough and with products of your choice such as, ice cream, nuts, fresh fruit.
