How to cook
Soak the chia seeds in a cup of water.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add the remaining products and stir.
When the chia seeds have swollen, add them and mix everything well again.
From the resulting mixture, form cookies using a mold and place them in a baking pan onto baking paper.
Bake the dietary peanut cookies in a preheated oven at 392°F (200 degrees) until they're fully baked.
