How to cook
Beat the garlic and mix it with soya sauce, add a little salt to taste, but do not overdo it, because the soya sauce is also salty. Cut the chicken meat into fillets, then add the soya sauce and crushed garlic.
Leave the chicken in the refrigerator for about 1-2 hours (the longer it sits in the sauce, the more flavorful and tender it will be, I personally leave it for about 3-4 hours).
Then heat oil in a pan and fry the meat until it becomes golden brown.
