How to cook
Mix the olive oil with the wine, mustard, salt and pepper and coat the chicken thoroughly with this marinade. Leave it to stand for 1 hour in a refrigerator. Put the pasta to boil for only 2-3 minutes and drain it under running water. Put them into an oven dish.
Separately, fry 1 head of crushed onion with the pressed garlic cloves and finely chopped mushrooms, then throw them in with the pasta. In the same pan, fry the chicken evenly, cut it into thin strips and add it to the pasta.
Mix everything in the oven dish well. Beat the cream with a little milk and some spices to taste. Pour it over the pasta and put it to bake in a moderately heated oven. Towards the end of cooking, grate cheese on top and bake until it takes on a light tan.
Cool the macaroni with chicken before serving.
